Property was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have breakfast included. Decorations were nice and common outside verandah and indoor lounge area with coffee machine and pool table were lovely too. Easy check in and nice secure and safe feel. Very short stroll to water front and cafes and pubs. Building is a little older but very good value for money. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Walking distance from Kings Cross station (a few stairs though)

Was an amazing stay! Travelled round Melbourne and Sydney whilst in Australia and definitely the best hotel we stayed in! Definitely would recommend to others staying in the Coogee/ Bondi area

We stayed in room 216 for three nights, it was great! Regina at front desk was awesome, letting us check in earlier after our long flight from the US. Apartments are spacious clean and comfortable, everything you need for a great stay! Close to all the sights if you are happy to walk, Circular Quay, Sydney Habour, Opera House, Botanical Gardens! Coffee place at the end of Dowling St was great! Bus stop close by to get to Bondi. Would stay again if coming back to Sydney!

"stayed as 3 families with 2 identical rooms booked plus a suite. The concept is fantastic for a family weekend. "Disappointed having to drag luggage up the external stairs - nice to have access to elevator inside whicwas out of order by checkout next morning. Staff on hand to help carry luggage out though.
